I am currently working as a Health and Performance Coach based in Hertfordshire.

Alongside my work as a Health and Performance Coach, I have recently concluded my Sport and Exercise Degree and I am also building a career as a Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Using the most recent scientific research and my own experiences this blog aims to provide clarity on a variety of topics in the realm of training, nutrition and lifestyle.
